I love my wife Sharon.  My wife Sharon is an unbelievably healthy eater.  However, I grew up reveling in traditional movie food, from buttered popcorn with lots of salt, to M&M’s (and, as my friend Kelly can attest, often mixing the two).  But now, mostly in order to keep up with Sharon, I eat “healthy.”  That being said, I refuse to eat “healthy” foods which, to me, taste more like straw.  Enter my wife, the BarMamma:  I’m telling you people, these bars, which she started making for me so I could still eat tasty stuff, are, as she says “Desert Worthy.”  Since she clearly knows her stuff, each week, Sharon will share a recipe or two which (1) tastes yummy and (2) is healthy.  Still, a little bit of red licorice, and perhaps a Snow Cap or two, during a great movie never really hurt anyone….
